What we collect

When you make a declaration, you may choose to include your name, email address, country, and any text you type into the declaration form. These fields are optional.

We do not host or process the material your declaration is about. We only store the declaration itself.

What we do not collect

We do not currently use analytics, third-party tracking, or non-essential cookies.

Where declarations are stored

Declarations are stored on a server in Germany.

Declarations are public

Anyone with a declaration ID can read the declaration, the flip of that, if they don't have the ID they can't read the declaration.

How long we keep declarations

Declarations are intended to be long-lived records, so we keep them indefinitely unless we need to remove or change them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
